30-Day Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your product doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it under the following conditions.

For health and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are in their original, unopened, and factory-sealed packaging within 30 days of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email our dedicated care team at [email protected] with your order number to begin the process.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
  3. Ship With Care: Securely pack the unopened item in its original box and send it back to us.

Once we receive and inspect the item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.


1-Year Limited Warranty

We craft our toys to be a reliable part of your wellness routine. All Cosara toys are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

WHAT'S COVERED:

  • ✓  Failure to charge or hold a charge.
  • ✓  Malfunction of the motor, pulsation, or vibration modes.
  • ✓  Unresponsive buttons or controls.
  • ✓  Defects in the product's assembly or materials upon arrival.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED:

  • ✗  Cosmetic damage from normal wear and tear.
  • ✗  Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper cleaning.
  • ✗  Use with improper lubricants (e.g., silicone lube on a silicone toy).
  • ✗  Any product that has been modified or disassembled.
  • ✗  Purchases from unauthorized retailers.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

  1. Contact Our Care Team: Email [email protected] with your order number and a video illustrating the issue.
  2. Evaluation: Our team will review your claim to determine if the issue is a manufacturing defect.
  3. Resolution: If a defect is confirmed, we will gladly send you a brand new replacement. Defective items are not eligible for a refund, only replacement.
